3 piece suit arrived with a stain on it, and the waist coat was too small and because of poor stock levels, I had to get a refund and shop elsewhere.

Visited the Hull store, very helpful chap sorted my son with a shirt and waistcoat. When we arrived home, realised the shirt had a standard collar but he wanted to wear a bow tie so needed a winged collar. Spoke to the store, again, very helpful chap but they did not have my son’s size in - gave me the Leeds number as they had one. Explained we were a long way from Leeds but will try if stuck. Ordered an alternative from your website but it was not right so sent it back - returns process easy, no charge for postage and the refund was in my account within a few days. Will definitely be using Slaters again.
